How to Modify or Cancel an Order ?

LinkDelight acknowledges that in some cases customers may change their mind or unable to finish payment or have to delay payment or due to other unpredictable reasons, they want modify or cancel an order. In this condition, please read below tips:
Modify an order
Case 1: Confirm the order purchase but not make payment
In some cases customer want to change the order information, such as add or reduce some items, or change items, or update shipping options after they just placed the order but have not pay for it (the order status is "Pending").
1. Send an email to
that contains what changes about your order, such as quantity, item name, shipping address etc. within 24 hours after placed the order.
2. Our customer service will do the changes in our end with 24 hours.
3. Login your account in LinkDelight.com and go to the "Order Information" and view the order details page to check the changes.
4. If the order information modified is correct, customer can click the "PayPal" button in the order details page to make payment.
Case 2: Confirm the order purchase and complete the payment for the order

When could not be modify for an order?
Once an order is shipped, it could not allow making any modification for the order. If you need to change the order information, for example, the item quantity, shipping address etc. be sure doing it within 24hurs.
Cancel an order
When could it be canceled for an order?
We usually arrange shipment within 24 hours (some times, such as holidays, it will delay) after payment confirmed. Who can cancel the order?
The order can be canceled by our customer service according to customer's request. After the order is canceled, customer will receive an email about the cancellation in their email account that registered on LinkDelight.com.
When the order could not be canceled?
Please note that once an order status is marked "Shipped", it can not be canceled.
View order "Cancel" status
Once the order is canceled the order status is marked "Canceled". Customer can view orders status in "Order Information" section by login to "My Account" center.
